Helping Hands is a ministry of LWAG that coordinates meals on an as needed basis for persons in the Church recovering from an extended illness, surgery, new baby, etc. These times in ones life can make it difficult to prepare meals for yourself or your family. We love the opportunity to help in your recovery in this small yet significant way.
We understand that you or a family member may have various food allergies or special dietary needs (gluten free, lactose/dairy intolerance, etc.) that make it intimidating to request meals. Who wants to receive a meal you can’t eat, right? Rest assured that we are more than willing to work with you and our volunteers to provide meals you and your family can enjoy.

If you, or someone you know, is in need of one or more meals, please let us know by filling out the Meal Request Form.
Meals will start being coordinated once all of the information has been filled out and volunteers sign up. A sign up list will be electronically generated which you/they will be able to see when meals will be coming. You/they will be emailed (unless otherwise noted) once an electronic schedule has been made to see who and when your meals will be coming. Meals are limited to a one month duration and then we’ll re-evaluate the present need to determine if more meals can be provided.
If there are questions, please email Carrie Billings, Meal Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact the Church Office at 315-524-6939. Thank you.
